At Within Skin, each order is prepared with care and intention.

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all US orders over $75.00. Shipping rates for orders under $75.00 are calculated at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Within Skin is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or incomplete submissions. incomplete address submissions. 

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Within Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chrissy@shopwithinskin.com with your order number and clear photographs so we may review the issue.
